beams supports a calendar integration with Google Calendar. If you use Apple Calendar our Outlook instead, you can still use beams with a workaround.

We’ll be connecting your calendar to a Google Calendar account that you can sign into beams with. If you don’t already have a Google Calendar account, sign up for one here.

Apple Calendar

  1. Sign into your iCloud account here
  2. Click on the Calendar icon
  3. Click on the Share button next to the calendar you’d like to connect
  4. In the popup, check Public Calendar then copy the link that appears below
  5. Sign into your Google Calendar account here
  6. In the Other calendars section in the bottom of the sidebar, select the + icon and select From URL
  7. Paste the link you copied from iCloud and click Add calendar
  8. That’s it! Sign into beams with your Google Calendar account and your Apple calendar will sync with beams

Outlook

  1. Sign into your Office 365 account here
  2. Navigate to Outlook by clicking on the app launcher and selecting the Outlook icon
  3. Click on Settings > View all Outlook settings
  4. Open Calendar > Shared Calendars
  5. In the “Publish a calendar” section, choose the calendar you want to share, select “Can view all details” in the second dropdown, and click “Publish”
  6. Click the ICS link, and a menu will appear. Select the “Copy link” option to copy the link to your clipboard.
  7. Sign into your Google Calendar account here
